DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Aart Heijboer\, Elisa Resconi\, Francis Halzen\, Mar
ia Petropoulou\, Walter Winter\n\nThe workshop will bring together theoret
ical and experimental experts on the various detection techniques and prop
osed projects in order to elucidate the strengths and weaknesses in thecon
text of the expected signals. Moreover\, we will identify complementary as
pects\, and discuss collaboration between the present and future experimen
ts. A list of indicative topics that will be discussed in the  workshop f
ollows:\n\nA review of the leading analysis techniques and their limitatio
 ns\, including\, for example\, catalogue-based searches\, stacking analyse
s\, and multi-messenger follow-ups.- Key requirements of future observa
tories driven by theoretical understanding of cosmic neutrino sources.- Co
mmon tools to ascertain detector performance across experiments and common
framework for  data analysis from different neutrino observatories.- Req
uirements for next-decade multi-messenger astronomy (alert systems\, theor
 y\, coordination with electromagnetic observatories)\n\n\nhttps://indico.p
