 ploy state of the art detector technologies in tracking\, time measurement
  and recoil nuclei detection to provide tagging of neutron-rich hypernucle
 i and their precise spectroscopy.\nThis meeting aims to review the status 
 of the project and also exchange on the available theoretical calculations
