Few-Nucleon Systems in Chiral Effective Field Theory

I will review recent progress towards understanding the properties of nuclear forces and few-nucleon systems based on chiral effective field theory. Special emphasis will be put on pion production in two-nucleon collisions, isospin violation and nuclear lattice simulations.
