The Seminar is generously funded by the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Foundation, which will cover the accommodation and meal expenses during the workshop. The total number of participants is therefore limited to approximately 80. From the submitted applications, a selection will be made based on the abstract and the applicant. Applicants will be notified about acceptance shortly after the application deadline. Every participant is expected to present a poster on her/his research topic. We will have plenty of time for poster discussion during the afternoon sessions, and during coffee breaks. Poster Prize: Two of the poster contributions will be selected for a young scientist best poster prize, and the winner will be invited to present the work in a short conference talk during the last afternoon session of the conference.
