Description
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) techniques provide unique non-invasive capabilities to qualitatively probe or quantitatively measure properties of fat in healthy and diseased tissues throughout the body. The presentation will focus on MR methods for quantifying fat properties based on the chemical shift property including both MRS and MRI techniques. Novel technical developments will be described for addressing challenges in the robustness of the presented quantification methods and examples will be provided from the application of the developed
