Observations are mainly from cosmic radioactive-decay gamma-rays, presolar grain radioactive daughter isotopes, and cosmic rays. Interpretations of nucleosynthesis sources comprises massive stars and their core-collapse supernovae, supernovae of type Ia, novae, AGB stars, and inetrstellar spallation reactions by cosmic rays.
