Description

With a Lamb-shift polarimeter (LSP) the nuclear spin polarization of beams of hydrogen isotopes and their molecules can be measured. LSP are used in different experiments around the world. The essential device of LSP, the spin filter, will be part of a later stage of the Bound Beta Decay of the neutron (BoB) experiment.
