ORIGINS will cover your Science Week travel and stay expenditures from a central budget. As last year, you must pay the hotel for accommodation and conference fees (credit card, debit card or cash is possible). With the original bill from Kloster Seeon addressed to your institute of employment, you may claim the money via your institution's usual travel refund procedures. Please note we will not cover additional costs (such as additional drinks and cancellation costs).
For your business travel, please submit the usual applications from your institute.
