Description
In 2012 BaBar used $\tau \to K^0 h (\pi^0) \nu_\tau$ to measure the CP asymmetry of $K^0 \to \pi^+ \pi^-$. They observed a $2.8\,\sigma$ deviation from the standard model expectation, raising the question of whether the decay of $\tau$ to $K^0 h (\pi^0)$ is CP violating. The goal at Belle is to measure the CP asymmetries of $\tau \to \bar{K}^0 \pi (\pi^0) \nu_\tau$, $\tau \to K^0 K (\pi^0) \nu_\tau$, and $\tau \to K^0 \bar{K}^0 \pi (\pi^0) \nu_\tau$ separately, without assuming that the only source of CP asymmetry is the $K^0$ decay. I will present the current progress of this study.
