Recent results on tau lepton physics from B factories

Recent results on tau lepton physics from experiments Belle and BABAR are discussed. They include: tests of lepton universality, search for lepton flavour violation, determinaton of Vus, search for 2nd-class currents, tests of conservation of vector current.
