Description
A Large Ion Collider Experiment (ALICE) will study QCD-matter under extreme conditions of temperature and energy density created in Pb+Pb collisions at unprecedented high energies at CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC). While LHC is already providing p+p collisions at record energies, first collisions of Pb+Pb nuclei are scheduled for beginning of November. In this talk, we present latest results from ALICE from p+p collisions. If data from Pb+Pb collisions becomes available, we will present results from very first measurements.
