Cosmological aspects of super-light axions and super-weakly interacting dark photons

I will discuss early Universe constraints on dark photons, primarily from big bang nucleosynthesis, when the interaction strength between the hidden sector and ordinary matter becomes super-weak. In turn, I will discuss the potential cosmological role of axions in string-inspired scenarios, when their masses become super-light.
