Description
Lattice QCD is capable of doing precision non-perturbative computation of hadrons' properties such as their weak decay matrix elements, which have important applications to the CKM matrix and rare decays in the Standard Model and beyond. I will discuss how we compute the weak matrix elements of several semileptonic decays in terms of form factors on the lattice and their applications.
