Description
I will review recent improvements in the theoretical description of bound-state systems, with special emphasis on hydrogen-like atoms and ions, including muonic atoms. I will focus on three types of properties: energy spectrum, with its role in determining fundamental constants; interactions with the external magnetic field (the bound g-factor); and the binding modification of the decay properties (in the context of the search for the Charged Lepton Flavor Violation).
