The Excellence Cluster ORIGINS hosts their annual Science Week this year at beautiful Kloster Seeon in Upper Bavaria. 

The agenda will include overview and science highlight talks from our research units, connectors and infrastructures, our annual General Assembly, PhD Awards talks and Laudations, Seed Money posters and a new election of cluster coordinators as well as ORIGINS 2 planning sessions.

Kloster Seeon is about a 80 min drive from Munich/Garching/MUC airport. The closest convenient train station is in Bad Endorf, about a 20 min drive to Seeon. 

A group bus (bus company: Heller) will be leaving on Monday morning at

9:30 from the IPP Pforte/Garching Campus/Boltzmannstr. 2 and then

10:00 from München-Ostbahnhof/Friedenstr. (near Ostbahnhof exit - Werksviertel side of train station).

Please, be there on time, the bus cannot wait for latecomers.


On Thursday at 16:30, the Bus will return via München-Ostbahnhof to the Garching Campus.
