Access to ATOMKI and accommodation in Debrecen
The town of Debrecen has a small airport with a few international connections.

From Debrecen Airport the easiest way to get to ATOMKI or to the hotel is to take a taxi.
Participants are more likely to arrive at the Budapest Airport. There are different ways of reaching the event site from the airport:
- Car: Car rental is possible at the Budapest Airport. A route plan to reach ATOMKI from the airport can be found here:
- Shuttle bus: Probably the most convenient way is to use an airport shuttle service which provides a door-to-door transfer from the airport to your hotel. The service must be pre-booked. Booking can be done at the website:

Prices:
normal transport, collecting many passengers:
one-way trip 25 000 HUF/62,5 EUR/person, round trip: 49 000 HUF/122,5 EUR/person
Separate car, VIP transfers:
Transport of 1-3 people in one direction: 48 000 HUF in case of roundtrip transport: 95 000 HUF
One-way transport of 4-8 people: HUF 62 000 (~155 EUR) in case of round-trip transport: HUF 110000 (~275 EUR).
- Train: Take the public bus No. 200E from outside the ground level of the airport towards Budapest Kőbánya-Kispest. Bus ticket can be purchased from the driver or from the machines at the bus stop. Get off at the 5th stop called "Ferihegy vasútállomás".

from the airport and to the airport. The railway station is just on the opposite side of the street having direct train connection to Debrecen. We recommend to use InterCity trains running every hour.

From Debrecen Railway station to ATOMKI:
Trams start from in front of the railway station, tickets can be purchased from the machine at the tram stop or from the driver. Please take nr 1 and take off at Bem ter. ATOMKI is located at Bem tér 18/c, but the entrance is at Poroszlay u. 6.
