Effective field theories have become a standard tool in physics beyond the Standard Model. In this talk we will describe MatchMakerEFT, a computer tool to perform the calculation of the tree-level and one-loop matching of arbitrary models onto arbitrary effective Lagrangians in a fully automated way. We will discuss different applications of MatchMakerEFT that are currently under development, including the construction of UV/IR dictionaries, the renormalization of arbitrary EFTs and automated on-shell matching.
