This is an excursion to LNGS for students of the Astroparticle Physics and KTA expert lectures.
Thursday and Saturday will be spent mostly traveling (~ 10 h bus ride).
The underground laboratory with many neutrino and dark matter experiments will be visited on Friday morning.
In the afternoon, we will go to L'Aquila, a historical city and capital of the Abruzzo region. There we will visit the Gran Sasso Science Institute and have a tour to parts of the closed city center where you can still witness the destruction caused by the 2009 earthquake and the ongoing restoration work.
Transfer, hotel with breakfast, and group dinner on Thursday will be payed for by the university.
