Abstract: A direct collaboration between underground accelerator facilities, CASPAR in the US and LUNA in Europe, are being proposed to study nuclear reactions on primordial isotope that have been important for First Stars nucleosynthesis environments. These efforts will address the timescale of nuclear burning and the impact on the elemental abundance distribution in the early universe.
