Overview
Understanding the neutrino is a global scientific priority. The search for neutrinoless double-beta decay is one of the most promising approaches to addressing fundamental questions about this elusive particle. Worldwide efforts are actively driving progress in the quest for this rare phenomenon. The discovery of this decay would have far-reaching consequences in particle physics and cosmology and could answer some of the most fundamental questions in astroparticle physics.
This meeting aims to bring together representatives from research institutions, funding agencies, and experts in the field to advance discussions on the strategy and roadmap for next-generation neutrinoless double-beta decay experiments.
The agenda will include presentations from major next-generation neutrinoless double-beta decay experiments and related scientific topics. A special focus will be placed on in-depth discussions regarding the global strategy for the field.
